The Big Cow reported outside the Harrisburg Farm Show grounds indeed belongs to Turkey Hill Dairies. This past summer they were promoting their new ice cream variety, Duettes, a swirl of ice cream and sorbet. The cow was painted white with a large red swirl on its side and made appearances all over Lancaster county. We saw it in Lititz and Manheim.
