Rotating here since 1959. Bessie has been ridden, had her tail torn off, and been shot with BBs. But she's always been repaired, and is lowered to the ground whenever the forecast calls for a hurricane.

Stopped by to see the Rotating Cow, only to find that she went into hibernation during hurricane season, which is from June 1st until Nov 30th (at least for this year). Plan accordingly if you would like to see the cow in rotating action.

The cow was not rotating when we were there. The bottle of chocolate milk has now become a bottle of egg nog.

There's a parking lot right beside the cow, so it's easy to stop and snap a quick pic.

The large "rotating" cow that was formerly accompanied by a large Chocolate milk carton is now in company of a large bottle of chocolate milk. While the container has been changed the cows broken tail has not been repaired.
