The house has been rehabbed. It now has siding, and is gray.
[Seamus, 08/26/2023]It looks like they are beginning to tear the factory building down. The house may not be there much longer.
[Dorothy M Galphin, 08/08/2022]A property developer is gutting the factory for loft apartments, but claims that the building's "exterior architectural details" -- including the house on the roof -- will be left unmolested.
This wasn't something I planned to stop for, but we saw it a few times during our evening in Syracuse. It made us laugh every time, and was visible from the highway.
