9/11 F-16 Fighter

The plane on the stick is definitely an F-4 Phantom aircraft. The Air Park is located within the grounds of the 119th Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard, and not accessible to the general public. Through the security fence, you can see a few other aircraft, including an F-16 Falcon. Unknown if this actual aircraft was the one scrambled on 9/11, but very likely so since it is on static display. Sad that it can't be seen in a more public setting.
