The Muffler Man is still there in August 2020. Everything is blocked off, though, so you have to park and walk to snap a picture.

The Cowboy Muffler Man on Highway 63 in Spooner is still standing in front of Bulik's Amusements. He has been repainted with a red shirt.

We saw this Muffler Man statue in 2006 at the edge of a Go-Kart area. Didn't look like the Go-Kart place was doing so well...so not sure if he's still there or not...but he was pretty darn cool and in very good shape at the time.
