This shocking orange boi, relic of a long forgotten time (I'm guessing the '70s), rests on his huge femur cane and gazes west, perhaps away from the comet coming to kill him or bulldozers from the beaches. Either way. Evidence of fresh paint near his feet, a good sign!
[Erica H, 09/06/2021]The dinosaur's eyes still light up at night! They're red and VERY bright. I've had guests from out of town be seriously confused by the lights, and even more confused when they finally see the dinosaur itself. It's a regular sight on my trips to Florida State College at Jacksonville's south campus.

The dinosaur is in great shape and a shopping center has grown around it; even taking the name "T-Rex Center."
[Roger Sleight, 06/03/2010]A lone fiberglass dinosaur is the only remnant of an old mini-golf attraction. For some reason, they never tore it down! It sat on an empty lot for years, but now it is being restored and the builders are just building around it!
