The tunnel was very spooky.

I was there when it was raining, so my pictures look like he's sweating. The inside of the defunct tunnel is spooky.

John Henry has been repaired and located in his new park. He is much improved and the setting is very appropriate for his story.
[WVCowgirl, 08/09/2012]The Original Steel Driving Man, the tunnels that he and the steam drill made can be seen in WV Route 3, near Talcott, in Summers County, West Virginia. A statue of him is there to commemorate his accomplishment.
