Rolled by Lyle Lynch, it's 5,290 lbs and was exhibited in several states before coming to apparent permanent rest in Jackson, among other Ripley oddities. Ripley's reported closed in 2015 -- expect that ball should turn up elsewhere....

Lyle Lynch's ball of barbed wire, [which has been tracked from Arizona, to Florida] is now in Jackson, Wyoming.

Despite its Guinness certification, this impressive barbed wire ball isn't as big as a newer one rolled in Texas by J.C. Payne. It's almost 12 feet tall.
