Random Statue of Liberty in a parking lot. She is very tall and hard to miss, yet somehow my husband did. Luckily he loves me and we stopped on our way back. The eagle at her base is beautiful, and I love the message. Be sure to check it out!

The business owner of the strip mall, where the Statue of Liberty is located, is of Middle Eastern descent. He purchased this statue to show everyone how much he loves America.
Unfortunately, when it was delivered, he broke one of the spires off of her head and then accidentally set her on fire while trying to put her in position. The fire was quickly put out, the spire was reattached, and the 31-ft. beauty was placed on her perch high above "Rent-n-Roll." With her stand, she is about 50+ feet tall.
There is a small moat of water surrounding her, so I guess she still is on an island. There is also a large eagle in front of her, with a plague proclaiming, "Liberty, Freedom for all nations. Freedom for all people. Let freedom Ring!"
Right across the street is a Dolphin Statue at "The Dolphin" nudie bar. What do naked women and dolphins have in common? I have no idea!

Lady Liberty is set back from the highway, so it's understandable that someone could miss her despite her 50 foot height (Particularly if they're driving). The statue was built by a patriotic strip mall owner in 2007.
