Phallic Phil.

Phantastic Phil

One of the dozens of "Phantastic Phils" in Punxsutawny, PA, this one seems to have gone a bit awry. These painted fiberglass groundhogs are everywhere in the "Weather Capital of the World." There's a miner Phil, a firemen, bagpiper, pharmacist, bellhop, even a Statue of Liberty Phil.

"Phil Your Dreams with Butterfly Wings" outside the hospital is supposed to represent new life emerging from a cocoon, but from most angles, it sure seems to represent something else entirely. If you bring your kids, it might give you a good chance to explain just where new life really comes from.

Just off highway 36 on the west end of Punxsutawney. Hillcrest drive to the hospital parking lot. It's hard to miss.
