Great photo op - not much to support this great sight. Griddle is easy to find but tough to get lined up for group shot, given that it's displayed in a loading dock area... Attached to historic mill that's not functioning or even accessible other than to view. Was great fun to add to list.
[Rich V, 01/05/2009]On the side of The Birkett Mills building resides the griddle used to cook the world's largest pancake. It is displayed prominently, with a sign covering the surface of the griddle. Quite an impressive size, too! Who ate this thing?
