Outsider artist John Pratt died in 1997, but not before he covered the outside walls of his house with colorful bits of ceramic and bottle caps. His house was bulldozed in October 2023.

Located on M-20 a bit west of Midland. This house is extensively decorated in elaborate mosaic patterns comprised of bits of mirror, ceramic, nuts, bottle caps etc. I believe that this display is sponsored by an organization called The Creative Spirit Center.

The house was torn down in October 2023. A local arts group, Creative 360, scraped off some of the mosaics and plans to display them indoors at its headquarters in Midland.
