Tall Texan is a little more decomposed. It's worth noting that he's in the same pose as Big Tex from the State Fair of Texas.

Tall Texan is not looking well. More & more of his body, arm, & face are losing pieces. He may not be around much longer. The mini-mart next door has closed and is vacant.

We were heading to Louisiana's highest mountain (Mount Driskill, 535 feet high; it's really just a hill) when we came across the Tall Texan. We figured he was as lost as we were in Louisiana.

I found a 10- to 12-foot fiberglass cowboy with a Texas belt buckle beside a closed gas station in Louisiana. He is in kinda bad shape. His left arm is a bit rotted and his chest is starting to crack.

I call him the Tall Texan. I'm not sure what he is actually called, but when I was working the Ruston, LA region I ran across this and thought it was cool. Never gave it any more thought till I was browsing your site and stumbled up on some resemblance and thought I would add to it.
