Real Deal Auto Thrill Show Memorabilia

The best display of Auto Thrill Show memorabilia I have ever seen. Chad is courteous and willing to discuss his awesome collection. I miss the thrill we used to enjoy of seeing daredevils using cars doing stunts at the county fair. This display brings back many exciting memories. If you are in this area be sure to stop in to see this one-of-a-kind stunt show daredevil display.

We've held onto promo pix of the Auto Thrillcade for years, memories of a time when no one thought to put the inflatable bag of air *inside* the car.

Auto Thrill Show Memorabilia Museum

The auto thrill shows at one time crisscrossed the country and made for some pretty exciting events at county fairs and dirt tracks. This collection of items devoted to those shows is well worth the trip to see, plus you get to talk with the owner, who has an incredible range of stories and images from these glory days of automotive thrills and spills.

Junker cars, a few props, and daredevil drivers: that's entertainment. The Figure 8 Bus Race is a rare thrill show survivor.

My husband talks about going to Auto Thrill Shows when he was a kid. When I saw this on Roadside America, I knew we had to see it. Chad was great to tell us about his time with the thrill shows and chatted about other stuff to see in Iowa.

Auto Thrill Show Memorabilia Museum

One of the few, if not the only, displays in the United States of Auto Thrill show memorabilia. Unbelievable quantity of posters, magazines, photos, etc of the old County Fair motor Thrill Shows -- all for sale or just to look at and enjoy. Plus footage of many thrill shows of their day as well as toys, helmets, uniforms, caps, press photos, advertisements, dolls, banks -- you could pretty much name it and it's probably going to be there.
