I didn't know if this site was closed, so I called the listed number and left a message on an answering machine. Got no return call. Possibly defunct.

Shadowhawk - Backyard Western Town

Bill and his wife were very friendly. Bill gave us a tour of the town, showed us magic tricks, and made lots of jokes. There are two saloons, a jail, a chapel with a bell, and more!

Shadowhawk - Western Town

My family and I went this weekend, completely by accident. Maybe it's just because it was wintertime, but the Western Town is starting to look a bit run down -- to the point that I had to convince my husband we were not going to end up in a real life "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" situation. I hope that the new owners are not letting it go. You can tell how much love and dedication went into to the original construction and upkeep of this North Carolina "Western Town."
