You can see Phil the groundhog all year long in Phil's Burrow, from the sidewalk, through a window, though he may be unconscious. Phil loves to sleep.

The glass along the outside viewing area is kind of hard to see through. Would recommend going inside while library is open.

It's now called Phil's Burrow. He can be seen from outside through the glass from dawn 'til dusk, or from inside in the children's section of the public library during open hours.

The whole town is filled with groundhogs. There are dozens of statues like this scattered around town.
