It is the law in the state of Texas that public cemeteries must remain open from sunup to sundown, including the cemeteries with the graves of Bonnie and Clyde. The cemetery with Clyde's grave has gates, but the gates are to keep out cars, not people. They are both buried in public locations, so anyone is free to visit them. Don't let the "No Trespassing" signs stop you.
[RumDumDinger, 04/16/2016]Clyde Barrow Gravesite
Clyde is buried next to his brother Marvin (aka. Buck Barrow) and to the left of their grave are his parents, Henry and Cumie Barrow. Their graves are on the left side of Western Heights Cemetery. The gates are usually chained, however there is a very wide opening and you can easily get through. Sometimes they open the gates on certain days of the week.
It's kind of in a bad part of Dallas so I definitely would not visit the cemetery at dark.
