- Behind the front stretch grandstand at Dover International Speedway. Hwy 1 exit 104. Head east on Scarborough Rd, then turn left at the light onto Dupont Hwy. After 1.5 miles the Speedway will be visible on the left. Turn left at the main entrance, then bear to the right and drive around the stadium to the back side.
