Mini Mackinac Bridge is still there in 2020, behind the Mini Mac Storage Facility...easily accessible and a fun stop!

Mini Mackinac Bridge

The Mini Mackinac Bridge is an easy stop off the freeway and easy to find by following the driving directions (we got off at exit 127). We were able to walk across the bridge and took some nice pictures. It was especially nice since there wasn't an admission fee.

Mini Mackinac Bridge

The Mini Mac bridge is back in our ownership now and will be closed for the winter, and then under minor repairs and painting next summer, but will be open. There will not be a cost to cross over it or feed the fish. Enjoy it please, but respect the amount of work it takes to maintain it and keep it looking good. Your help is appreciated, thank you.

An interesting precursor to the real thing. The mini bridge can no longer be crossed since it has a "No Trespassing" sign buy it's still a fun little detour.
