A wonderful home-based museum with a nice collection of eclectic and Americana items. Owners and tour guides Scott and Jen were welcoming and had wonderful stories to share about their collection -- some of which date back to the early 19th century when it was operated by Scott's Great Grand Uncle. A definite stop if you are in the area. Check their website for tour dates and times.
[Luv2RV, 11/25/2019]A quaint museum in a South Austin home that has a wonderful collection of unusual items (some on permanent display and others in rotating exhibitions). The owners -- Scott and Jen -- are very friendly and provide guided tours of the museum. One item that stood out was a cigarette butt from supposedly the last cigarette that Marilyn Monroe rolled and smoked -- at least according to the L.A. gentleman who gave it to them!
