Superior Tile took over the genie in 2017.

[Debra Jane Seltzer, 07/29/2008]We had several reports in the past that this Carpeteria Genie had vanished (as genies are prone to do) but there may have been confusion with another genie.
Noticed the entry about the Carpeteria Genie and thought I'd swing by on my way home from work to see if he was still there. Sure enough, towering high above the showroom, he is still there, and fittingly, still hawking carpets, though no longer for Carpeteria. I went by at night, and there are no lights on him, making him a little hard to see, but if you look for the bright carpet warehouse, then look up, you'll see him watching you.
