This museum is beautiful, but there are more authentic artifacts to be seen at the Oklahoma History Museum. For all of the hype, I wasn't impressed. I got locked out when trying to walk to the mound, and the mound has nothing; it's just a walkway to a mound of dirt.
[Terri, 08/16/2025]Tried to go to the World's Largest Mound today. Gate was locked and looks like construction has come to a standstill on the museum.

We couldn't find the walkway to climb the World's Largest Mound due to construction of the new museum. The architecture of the museum looks impressive.
