Beloit, Wisconsin: Clarabelle the Cow
Large fiberglass bovine formerly stood with a large mouse enjoying a sausage link and a wedge of cheese. The business was demolished for a car wash in 2023 and the mouse disappeared. Clarabelle moved to a new spot in town.

The classic statue all over Wisconsin, the mouse with cheese, can also be found in Beloit, along with many other locations I've found. I didn't get a pic, but don't worry, it is practically the exact same as all the others.
