If you are or are not a Christian, the serenity of the waterfall, the walk around the cross, and just browsing in the gift shop is truly worth it. FYI, clean restrooms too.

I was there waiting for the sunrise to begin, and it came out beautifully. The parking lot was empty except for me and my car.

Items continue to be added at the 2nd Largest Cross in the Western Hemisphere site, such as the three crosses on the hill.
[Marcia, 07/21/2011]This was a very moving Spiritual experience. I am a minister and spent several hours here, going through the Stations of the Cross and praying. It was well worth the long drive.
