The Kuyper Cake Collection was the work of "Cake Lady" Frances Kuyper, who began decorating cakes in the 1950s. It now resides in the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, which is currently in the process of moving to a new location in New Orleans. [Lauren Meyers, 06/07/2013]The Museum closed in mid-March and hopes to reopen at its new address before the end of the year.
[Collection moved to New Orleans, 2012] It's back! Mini Cake Museum - Frances Kuyper, Los Angeles, CA. "Sunday Social's" are held the 3rd Sunday of each month, excluding July and August. Tours of the cake museum also available. Come and see cakes from all over the world.
