On the Pass-a-Grille isthmus of St. Pete Beach. I-275 exit 17, then drive west on Hwy 682/679 until it ends. Turn left onto Gulf Blvd and drive south for around a mile. Turn right onto 8th Ave. Flies are on the outside, west-facing wall of the Evander Preston gallery, mid-block on the left side.

This is a lot cooler than you might think. They're really big, too, and the whole downtown is very pleasant. There is a giant beach and dunes at the end of the main drag.
