Seattle's "Official Bad Art Museum of Art" is open in Seattle and it's pretty unusual. It features black velvet paintings of Elvis, scary clowns, paint-by-numbers, and those dogs playing poker.

This museum is not affiliated with the Museum of Bad Art in Massachusetts...judging from the velvet paintings and dogs playing poker scenes shown here, the two collections and criteria for bad art don't really overlap.
