The bull is still there -- the sign on the side of it has changed.
[Adam, 04/06/2023]Found bull, he did not run off with cute cow. Directions are take Exit 2 from Nashville. Go towards Kentucky Downs. Go past about 1/3 mile and bull is on the left, at Lucky Lotto.

Who doesn't love a huge fiberglass bull? This is an easy photo op. During holidays which encourage fireworks they will put up a tent next to it, but it is still very accessible.
