A must stop. I mean, seriously -- how many times do you come across the world's largest peanut?

We are working to restore the peanut [toppled and smashed in the 2018 storm]. I promise. It's currently at a body shop and the local technical school is working with them to get it repaired. We appreciate all the time and talent donated to the restoration; we still need funds to help. There is an Ashburn Peanut GoFundMe page for fans and supporters who would like to help us with the restoration.
Hope to have it back up and improved next summer, weather permitting.
[Ashley Miller, Turner County CofC, 06/07/2019]The peanut is gone. It is now only a brick stump. Shards of the yellow sign are still on the ground, but the peanut is nowhere to be seen.
