Louisville, Kentucky: Jerry's Junk (Closed)

The yard and house were packed with big, odd items. Impressive; not a typical hoard. Jerry Lotz, who passed away in July 2019, had a good eye for the crazy. Estate auction in September 2019.

House of Junk.

House of Statues and Junk

When driving through Louisville on US60, you can hardly miss a house that is crammed with, simply, a lot of old stuff. The house is on a corner and the owner lives on the second floor. While the house and grounds are not open for exploration, you can see a LOT of things through the fencing and the large first floor windows.

According to a local resident, the owner simply likes to collect things and the local kids enjoy simply gazing at all the stuff. There are many signs, statues, toys, a railroad car, at least two vintage autos, at least two Statue of Liberty replicas...the list goes on and on.
