Great and easy stop. Bonus: we also got a bag of free taters for out-of-staters at the gift shop.
[Jen, 10/13/2020]Not far off our route (Rt. 15) so we decided to stop and eat some Idaho potatoes. Easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and delicious! My husband and I ordered the potato bar. Our sons ordered the french fries. Both were great! They also offered free ice water. We opted for the Huckleberry Lemonade. It was done in less than 5 minutes.

The museum is interesting, with information on how potatoes are processed and quirky items that involve potatoes. The cafe was a disappointment. I was expecting baked potatoes, mashed, fried, you name it. Only baked, with limited toppings.
