Walk on glass, see the water race between your feet, but you are not wet! The sundial aspect of the design is not an accurate gnomon, so don't try to tell time with it.

A glass-bottom bridge spans across the Sacramento River with a giant working sundial attached to it (Only accurate on the Summer Solstice in June). A fun little visit.

This is an awesome glass-floored suspension foot bridge using its only mast as a breathtaking, beautiful working sundial, unlike anything I've ever seen. It only has time markers to 3 pm so if you get here late you will have to bring a watch. Just west of the 5 in Redding.

[Sydney Harter, 08/01/2010]
Fun, neat to see the bridge. Don't bother with the garden, pretty lame and all on a hot dirt road.
