[Tim Brady, 09/12/2013]Tri-State Monument
The NY-NJ-PA Tri-State marker is in Port Jervis at the confluence of the Delaware and Neversink rivers. The Monument is located under a bridge for I-84 and you can not see it from the highway. To reach by land, you must drive through the Laurel Grove Cemetery. You can also access from boat from PA or NJ.
Whenever I have the time and am passing through this area, I stop at the monument. It's a very cool hidden gem that few people realize is there even though they drive right over it (on I-84.) I originally found it when I decided to check out the old cemetery and the road through leads right to the monument.
