Two things that make the Pinal County Historical Museum unique:
The prison exhibit includes the actual ropes used to hangs folks, a two-seater chair from the first AZ gas execution, a doll made by the famous trunk murderess Winnie Ruth Judd and info on the lady that was hanged and lost her head.
The other is the display of furniture made out of cactus -- two kinds -- a whole living room set made of saguaro and a book case and small pieces made out of cholla.
The rest of the museum is neat, with old west and rodeo items featuring Tom Mix and Gene Autry, but also the lady stagecoach robber and the shoot-out between the sheriff and the deputy in 1888.
