Inside the Ark.

Noah's Ark-shaped Building

I had tried to check out this place before but they had closed for the season and it was up for sale.

Sunday I passed by it and it was open. It's under new ownership. I'm not sure if it is any different than it was though. The view from the ark is beautiful. There was mostly teddy bears but it was still very neat. If you collect teddy bears, this is your heaven. This ark is built better than I would have expected (I'm not sure what I was expecting?). The wood on the inside is beautiful.

I was so disappointed to see this giant gem was closed until May 2015. It's actually for sale for just under $1.4 million. The building from the outside is structurally awesome.

Located in the quaint village of Estes Park, Colorado, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, rests ESTES ARK. This innovative store is built in the form of Noah's biblical Ark, and houses over 10,000 plush animals of all species. The Ark measures 100 feet long, 50 feet wide and 30 feet tall with a complete walk around deck.
