Life-Size Revolving Bronze Sculpture Of Ray Charles, With Music
The statue sits in a park by the river. The park has piano keys and treble clefts carved in the concrete and around the fountain. There is also Ray Charles' music playing from some fairly well-hidden speakers. We stopped by at midday, and the statue wasn't rotating when we were there - maybe it rotates at night?

Ray Charles Plaza is part of a 5-acre park along the river. Artist Andy Davis created the piano and Albany native at the keys. The life-sized sculpture is supposed to revolve. It may indeed be timed, or only turned on for special occasions. Seems like it hasn't been there long enough to have already frozen up...
