In addition to a gift shop and small eatery, there is a 7-minute video that shows the cheesemaking process along with accompanying equipment. Additional displays are on the second floor of the visitor center.

It's a beautiful visitors center with gourmet gift shop, deli, cheese counter, and wonderful menu. You can sample many fresh cheeses made on site! The exhibits were fun as well.
