Florida's highest point is for those who don't like heights. Conveniently just off of a county road, with its own parking lot and photo-worthy granite monument. Elevation: 345 feet, which seems no higher than any point around it.

- Three-quarters of a mile south of the Alabama-Florida state line, on the west side of N. Co Hwy 285. Pull into the parking lot of small Lakewood Park and you'll see the Highest Point monument straight ahead, back in the trees.
