There were some nice ladies with trash bags cleaning up the littered spray cans, so we were glad we didn't count on there being some and had stopped and bought paint on the way. There are also large trash bins up in the road, so no reason to leave trash behind. Silly fun.

No need to bring spray cans. People already leave some full ones behind. I hated that people sprayed on the crop on the walkway. So sad! Parking is a breeze, wear comfortable shoes.

To actually get to the cars you need to walk about 50 yards or so across the field... It's hard to get a good photo if it's raining and gray just from the street, so be sure to bring boots or your feet will get so muddy walking to the cars!

Directions:: Just west of the Amarillo city line. I-40 exit 60. Follow the frontage road on the south side of I-40 (old Route 66) east for one mile. Cadillac Ranch will be on the right (south) side; just park your car along the shoulder and enter the pasture through an unlocked gate. Visitors are encouraged; dog friendly.
Hours:: Daylight hours.
