Original proprietors Nancy Sims and Michael Wilkinson operated the 97-ft. long paddlewheeler built in 1993, the Newport Belle, as a Bed and Breakfast. It was hauled onto dry land for refurbishment in 2017, and returned under new ownership in 2020.
