Ghost white, bigger than life, built by someone named HarV. Stood atop the Western Motor Inn since March 2009. When the motel was torn down in June 2022, the elk was moved to this spot.

The elk sculpture has been moved to Syringa -- on Hwy 12 somewhere.

You can rent the room under the elk and stay for the night! The owners paid a local guy to make this giant Elk back in 2008.

On our way to Montana we came across this weird sculpture of an elk on the roof of a building in the town of Kooskia, Idaho. I'm sure there is a story involved in this sculpture but we weren't in the town long enough to find out what it is -- maybe next time.
