We believe the script for this light show has changed since your original story was written. It's no longer from the viewpoint of the river, for one thing. Local tribes have contributed to the script, so it's more balanced in a very neutral way about the help/harm done by the dam. It still has a goofy Coulee Tunes opening and it still kind of glorifies the Bureau of Reclamation, which sounds like the agency Wall-E worked for.
