7 Wonders of God Creatures

Jerry Cardone adorned his seven-acre property with likenesses of Bigfoot, Santa, UFOs, dinosaurs, and Jesus. He claimed to have been abducted by aliens many times, and they may have grabbed him one last time in January 2016. Either that, or he died.

7 Wonders of God Creatures

House looks unoccupied and most of the art is gone or decaying. Sad end to a great story....

[Vacajoe, 08/06/2017]

Jerry Cardone, the outsider artist who built the 7 Wonders, died in January 2016 -- or maybe he was abducted by aliens one last time. He had so much junk/art that the town needed a while to clean out the property, but it sounds as if that work is mostly complete.

The Bangor Daily News reports that the town of Houlton has begun a court-ordered clean-up of Jerry Cardon's sprawling, messy yard. Jerry is cooperating, according to the story, and none of his art is being damaged or taken away. But all of Jerry's raw art-making material is reportedly being burned. He'll have a hard time making another Bigfoot or flying saucer.
