Philadelphia's Magic Garden is made up of two lots on offbeat South Street, where artist Isaiah Zagar has completely transformed the property into a mosaic dreamland. Visitors can admire the floor, walls, and ceilings of a large indoor gallery that incorporates broken tile, glass, mirrors, and found objects (even the bathroom and interior alleyways are covered) or wander through the meandering outdoor part, where whimsical paths incorporate all manner of mosaic and found object designs.
