The Anti-Gravity Monument is still on the campus of Keene State, but some new construction last year moved it to a different location. It's now in front of the Putnam Science Center, which is parallel with Blake Street on the other side of Winchester Avenue.

A little hard to find...was expecting more but a very nice drive. You have to park in the parking lot behind Butterfield Hall and it's right in front of the hall.
