We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a lot more to see and enjoy than just snakes. A rather large zoo!

Talked to the zoo keepers, said they are adding on and will continue to do so. They had shows throughout the day where the zookeepers talk about the animals. Had had a good petting zoo with plenty of animals to pet and feed.

MUCH better than just "worth a stop," this place is fantastic. More reptiles than most zoos, a friendly staff, and a kitschy feel you will love. Was on Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, even!
