Elvis Last Concert Plaque

Doesn't look too bad. Right in front of a Whole Foods, and there is plenty of parking around it (although mostly paid parking).

Elvis Last Concert Plaque

The Elvis plaque and time capsule were put back on display and rededicated in 2018. Time spent in storage lockup must have been rough, because it looks pretty beaten up. The lightning bolt logo here looks like a typo, but don't be confused. It is NOT Elvis's TCB logo. It is the TCP logo of the "Taking Care of Presley" organization. They're really proud of themselves.

This is currently unavailable for viewing. A building is being constructed in the former parking lot and there is a large hole in the ground for the building's foundation. A large fence surrounds the whole block. I'm assume the plaque will be replaced once the project is finished.

Interesting side trip on our way to the Capitol. The plaque includes a photo of the King. Would be a great stop for any Elvis fan.
