St. Marys, Pennsylvania: Decker Chapel - Tiny Church
Built by Michael Decker in 1856, supposedly in gratitude for a miraculous recovery from a fall. Old postcards called it, "Smallest Church in the U.S.A."; church no longer makes that claim. Slid off foundation 2015. Repaired and reopened to the public in 2016.

[PA Great Outdoors, 09/29/2016]One of the smallest churches in the U.S., measuring 12 feet by 18 feet. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The chapel features a steeple with an open belfry capped with a white cross, Built by Michael Decker in 1856. Visitors welcome any time.

Decker's Chapel is another church billed as the Smallest Church in America. I am really curious as to where it fits in this list. I grew up there and am sure it is small, just have no real information as to its actual dimensions. Built in the mid-19th century.
