- US Hwy 93 southeast of Boulder City at the NV/AZ border. Between the parking deck and the visitors center. With the opening of the Hoover Dam bypass bridge, visitors coming from Arizona have to cross over to Nevada, then take old US 93 back to the Dam.

A pair of angular, giant figures of humanoids with wings stand 30 feet tall, guard the American flag pole, and like to have their feet rubbed. 2023: Repairs continue slowly at the plaza.
