"Cowlileo the Renaissance Cow" was built out of concrete and stucco by artist Ken Aiken in 2001 and restored in 2013.
[Craig Grondfeldt, 02/08/2025]The Cowlileo statue is on North Ave., close to Damen, in Wicker Park. Stumbled onto this one by complete accident! Told my boyfriend, "Wow it looks like a Cow and Galileo," so it was funny when I read her name on its foundation.
